I Did It...

Photobucket

I finally sent off a query letter and synopsis. Yup, that's right. Cowboy, which has now morphed into "Claiming Her Cowboy", has been submitted to The Wild Rose Press, Scarlet Rose line.

Can I tell y'all something? I felt like I was going to puke when I hit that send button. A couple of my author friends have told me THAT doesn't get better. JOY, something to look forward to! LOL

So... anyone wanna hold my hand? But, seriously, I'll keep y'all updated. :-D

Oh Kealie! I know how you feel. My CPs still need to hold my cyber-hand before I hit that Send button!

I've got all my fingers crossed for good news for you!!

I hit send on a proposal last week that has me so keyed up I could scream. But it's the kind you have at the peak of a really deep, throbbing, rousing, shake you to your toes ... well, sorry. I'll have to let you imagine the rest. I'm working on the next proposal and need all the hot words I can get!

Congratulations, Kealie. One hand-holding coming right up (accompanied by hugz when needed). ^_^

Woohoo for you!! How exciting...and yes, nauseating at the same time. :)

You know how you get rid of the feeling? Do you?

Get five things out in submission simultaneously. By the time you hit 'send' on the final sub, you're so numb you don't feel a blessed thing!

Good uck and fingers crossed for you.

Christina ~ Thanks, hon, believe me it's much appreciated.

Deb ~ I noticed how positive you were being... thanks a bunch.

Kayelle ~ Thanks... I'm not squeezing too hard am I?

Viv ~ Umm... I think I would definitely puke at that point. That would be submission overload for me. I think I'll do one at a time so I can sufficiently freak out for each one. But, uh, thanks for the suggestion.
